Making the most of the garden.

What's the first thing you think of when you see something like this? Other than "ooh that'd bring tears to your eyes".

Make jam of course.

It's funny how creativity breeds creativity. Over the past couple of weeks I have done more drawing and painting than I have for a couple of years and I've also been writing more seriously. I've dragged out a couple of old unfinished stories and added bits and have taken a finished one that was heavily cut [for a submission to a publisher I was warned off of] and am tweaking it and replacing all the plot points that had to go to make the word count. It might never go anywhere but the characters are happier in my head to have a raison d'etre beyond merely boinking for theoretical readers passing entertainment.

Aaaaaand I feel like cartooning again. Vacations are wonderful things!

Cartooning?

What do we have to do to get you to draw some of the Manor's current inhabitants hanging around in the Mocha or in Vine Square again. I used to totally love those drawings...

I totally love your icon,

It was the inside flyleaf of a book from the library where the Nazgul worked; she scanned it anyway and sent it to me because she found it so cute.

I looked at it for a bit, realised it was the same kitten in three different poses, and turned it into an animated .gif

Gwyn! Say it is Gwyn! Please have it be Gwyn. Please, please.

Yes, I have to prodding Gwyn. Or rather David since it's his turn. Neither he nor Gwyn are particularly cheerful at the moment since a plot point arrived.

Yay! More Scythian comics, please! I still want to know where that arrow is going to end up.
