Beyond time for another update due to accident to laptop that had me scrambling round looking for bits of it. Superglue and brute force did the job - up to a point, my 'l' keeps sticking.
Memo to self - do not drop laptop from a height onto parquet flooring, it doesn't like it.
I'm badly behind with my HP fics. I posted Mattress 2 today and also For Old Times' Sake, that really dark Sirius fic. But I haven't written anything to Towers of Sadness for ages!
Took the kids to see X2 this afternoon - well, that Wolverine! I reckon he could singlehandedly make chest hair fashionable again!

Argh.

I am a bad beta...I'm so sorry. Did I even remember to tell you how much I loved "For Old Times' Sake"? I did love it. But it has been so crazy around here. I'm probably going to be hiding out from LJ and the HP fandom until after June 23 when one of my SLIS classes is over. *sigh*

I loved the Dark!Sirius fic, and found it beautiful and chilling and highly well-written. ^_^

Aaah, sweetie. Don't fret about it. The fic you saw was posted on the Boudoir and since then I have tensed it up and bit and added some nasty business with manacles that has poor Sirius twitching.
It sounds to me as though with your work commitments and lack of student help that perhaps things need to hangfire for a month or so until term (semester) is over? Obviously if you produce any TDS send it over but to be honest I'm so worried about what will happen in OotP that I've gone off the boil for writing my long fics - sheer funk, in case poor Remus bites the dust!
Writer's Block, plus additions, should be up later this week with a little dedicationette to you I might add.

*hug* You are the best! I'm worried about Remus, too - if she kills him, I may not be able to finish TDS! =( I do hope it's somebody like Colin or even Hagrid, rather than Remus or Ginny.

A dedication to me? *sniffle* But I don't even have a speech prepared... ^_~
