Tomorrow I will have been married [to the same man] for thirty-two years!! And in NO WAY AT ALL do I feel that our relationship is threatened by this news - no way at all.

We have a federal election coming up, and neither major party supports gay marriage. :/

I had a phone call from a rep from my electorate's sitting member the other night, asking about my thoughts on different issues, and the first thing I brought up was gay marriage.

I was thrilled by the news and reading the whole judgement, it looks like it's covered all the bases so that when it gets appealed it has a good chance of being upheld in the Supreme Court.
