Damn but I'm cheerful! First of all I hear that there's a new vigilante on the streets of London! By day a humble odd-job man, at night he dons royal blue lycra, gold boots and briefs and becomes 'Angle-grinder Man'and walks the mean streets with his anglegrinder freeing motorists who's cars have been wheel-clamped by the forces of evil (the GLC).
