Oh dear! Went and weighed tonight and while I lost 5 and a half pounds last week I put 2 and a half back on this week! I know exactly why this is. It's because of the painting! I like painting and drawing and generally fiddling around but I like painting what I want to paint, if you know what I mean. Having to paint 6 A2 depictions of nursery rhyme characters by the end of October, at the front desk (hideously uncomfortable) while carryng out all my normal duties without spilling water into the till or splashing paint across a completed bit is so bloody stressful that I've abandoned the diet and am O-D-ing on chocolate Hobnobs! Next stop King Size Mars Bars and I'll be back to my well rounded figure before you can say "Can you tell what it is yet?" I'm saving them so much money by doing it myself, rather than them hiring in a pro and paying the price, that I may go on strike shortly and demand some time away from the desk. Don't think they take me seriously though until about mid October when I start gibbering.

Not quite sure what's going on here but I thought Dilly would look better without his frock so I gave him legs and big boot things in case he felt like kicking anything. (Have strange suspicion that I am a deeply sad person.)
