Lymond/Smaug - just ... no. Lymond/Feanor - no as well because the two egos would cause a thermonuclear blast

What would happen if Seven walked in on Two and Twelve having sex?
Gil on Rita and Herne? Oh lord, he'd go very pink, get all turned around and walk into the wardrobe instead of out of the door then be too scared to come out and sit there with his fingers in his ears.

Rochester/Finn - no, neither are in the least fluffy.

Lizzie/Gil - Gil definitely - unless she wanted to.

Rochester/Smaug, Smaug/George, Rochester/Hornblower then Herne. Lymond doesn't DO advice but what the hey. Rochester/Lizzie isn't such a bad ending. Well, I'd write it in the first person and call it "My Adventures with Laudanum", I reckon Cas, Judy and Camilla might read some of it just so they could throw rocks at me about the Smaug bits. Just about anyone on my friends list could write it but I'd hate to think that any of them might.

How would you feel if Seven/Eight was canon?
Gil/Finn - I'd be quite pleased for them, poor dears.

With Sallyfic, pairings are irrelevant: it would be hot and a bit silly, and definitely readable. Sure, I'd read it.
