Dear husband,

When staying up most of the night to collate and sign 300 school reports, I realise that double strength coffee is a great help to keep the old eyes open and the brain firing.

BUT

Please don't leave a mugful where the dog can get at it and drink it all. I've got pawprints on the ceiling.

Caffeinated to the GILLS!! He was bouncing like Tigger and giving little puppy barks. So demeaning for a dog his size.

He's fine. I think he slept it off this morning and is currently upsdie down in the garden toasting his belly.

I looked at your user info cuz I didn't recognise the name and yay for Assassiin game. I've got a friend at Cambridge who's into it in a big way. It seems like an absorbing, and slightly terrifying hobby.

Oh I must update that, I got assassinated last week.

Poor sucker had to sit through a whole hour of gastrointestinal secretions before she could get me. It's great fun actually - some people take it really seriously but it's a good laugh and raises lots of money for charity.
