Eddie Izzard :This is the European Council, not the Council of Europe. And there is a Council of Europe and the European Council and they are different, and it is crazy. I mean why couldn't they call one Steve or something, the European Council and the Council of Steve. Don't you think, isn't that crazy?
Prime Minister : The one you need to worry about is the European Council because that is where the leaders turn up.
