essayelNot sure if any of you remember the goldfish but I saw it today and it is alive and well and reasonable glossy bearing in mind what it went through and the size of its home.
People say that goldfish have only a ten second memory but THIS one remembers I'm sure. No sunning itself at the surface and we generally only see it as a flash of orange darting to safety under the little bridge. It knows what can happen to a fish that is too bold - or unlucky.
Poor little fish. If I can sneak up on it and get a picture I will but it's very cautious.
