Well,folks. That's me gone for a fortnight!
Off to France on the 10.30 ferry tonight for two weeks in the middle of nowhere. It looks a very civilised nowhere though with all mod cons, a swimming pool, total privacy (hmmm, skinny dipping once the kids are in bed?)and the Bergerac cave just down the road. So if you think of me at all, think of me sat by the pool wearing a big hat and sipping vin de pays while I tap out my entry for the Dog Days writing challenge. I also hope to finish Roseblades challenge and do a bit more Mattress! Or should I just drink? I'll let you know what happens.

Now would be the time to mention that I'm French and live in Paris, right? I shall probably fly off to New York mid-next week, but if you're passing through before, give a holler and I'll take you for a bite near Notre Dame.

Yay, Shezan! Didn't see this before I went away. If ever I'm passing through Paris I'll certainly look you up. On this occasion we went down to the Dordorgne, staying in a gite near Sarlat. The heat was enormous as you know and so I spent most of my time hiding in the shade - i burn horribly. However I did get some writing done and have almost finished the challenge fic I have been serialising on my LJ.
Is it OK for me to friend you?

Of course I'll be delighted to have you as a friend. (Had better write entries from time to time for this to be a worthwhile exercise...) And BTW, yes, I'd be happy to be let into the Hogwarts Boudoir - I do understand the listmom's anxiety about minors, so no hard feelings at all, and thank you for offering to help!

And I am much looking forward to the fic. Legate Malfoy still is my favourite adult Draco of 'em all.
