Happy Birthday to Me!!

Today I'm 47...go me for living so long!! I tried last week to convice my Mum that I was going to be 48, for some reason, but she put me right by reminding me that she was there and remembers the occasion rather better than I do.
Just to celebrate - and for a limited time only - I'm putting up an icon of me...the caption was Jen's idea since she says I look as though I'm planning something. Which, of course, I am!
Feeling immeasurably more cheerful today. Sue's been out of hospital, had another hypo and gone back in again while they sort her out. Now this must be annoying for her and it's worrying for us but frankly if she's going to pass out surely inside a hospital is a better place to do it than, say, at the wheel of her Fiat Punto?
I also have a new person to beta for - always something to celebrate.
