I am devastated - I've just found out from marinarusalka that it has been International Talk Like A Pirate Day all day and I didn't know! As a devotee of the books of Jeffery Farnol, it's something I do qute frequently when circumstances seem ato call for it and I am sad that I have missed a ligitimate opportunity! On a brighter note, I have now got my scanner working so I can downoad all the pictures with content that I couldn't possibly scan at work! I celebrated by sending camillabloom a saucy picture of Sirius. What she will do with it I can't imagine!

A picture, is it, me hearties? A picture of that fighting frigate, the Saucy Sirius, stripped for action, all guns blazing and about to be boarded? Hmmm...I couldn't possibly post it publicly! It was for Camilla, see. Not sure if you're familiar with her fics but she leaves nothing to the imagination so neither did I - I quite shocked myself! I'll make a R-rated version - drape a sail over his bowsprit or something!
