Dec. 25th, 2003 09:06 amMerry Christmas everyone!!
I'm unlikely to get back online today but just wanted to share this with you -
A little poll - guess what I had for Christmas!
A) clothes
B) books
C) jewellery
D) Helm's Deep to scale complete with Uruk Hai and a stair for Legolas to slide down.
No prizes for guessing correctly - my family conspire to feed my mid-life crisis!!
Have a lovely day!

Date: 2003-12-25 09:05 pm (UTC)I've seen Anatomy of a Castle - brill book, very useful.
Now I have to finish the model of Helm's Deep - the family ran out of time - and I'm going to be painting orcs, Rohirrim and those cool elves until March! The model of Eowyn is particularly butch!

Date: 2003-12-27 05:15 pm (UTC)I wouldn't mind a miniature Minas Tirith myself, but the Helm would do fine.
I hope this is not going to distract you from our Yule Ball, but I couldn't really blame you if it did.
Have a great time!
