Snow Gum Films are making a Discworld movie featuring everyone's favourite geriatric, Cohen the Barbarian! As if this news isn't good enough they have released a load of photos from the first days shooting. I'm so excited about this. Cohen and the Silver Horde are kick-ass.

For anyone who doesn't know them this picture tells almost the whole story.

As for the party last night, I got less than 3 hours sleep and am still blocking out the reason for that.

I swapped shifts with a friend and only had to go in for 2 hours. Oh boy, though, I'm tired!

Partly the type of awful teenaged angst that happens when you mix hormones sibling rivalry and alcohol. Partly Caligula impersonating Piaffe at 3 am.

The stone masons were working when I got to work this morning. :D lovely boys and quite pleased to see.

If I could live in any Bookverse, and Middle Earth was full up, I'd definitely want to live in the Discworld. Turtle hurtling through space > earth.

I have a poorly dog and had to get up several times to see to him, but last night he slept better. Off to the vets today :( but I'm hoping that'll sort him out and I won't be trying to sleep while keeping an ear open for whining.

Honestly if it's not kids it's pets and if it's neither of those it's himself snoring.
