Hmmm, toast with ginger jam is nice on a snowy morning!

There's a special needs teacher in Birmingham who has managed to enthuse her pupils by teaching them to speak Sindarin!! Anything to make them stop 'taking and driving away' I suppose and as long as they enjoy it!!

I'm up to chapter 8 of Sam Vimes graphic novel but the first 20 pages are posted in a public file at this url:

if anyone wants a look.

*Sigh* off now to do the dreaded housework.

Good idea, turning your Harry and Draco into an icon! Awfully small space for those two boys to be sharing, though: they'll be at each other's throats.

Now YOUR Draco, eventually, that would be a different story.

Snow, no kidding? It's March, you know. Of course, it's happened here, even once in May, but still.

Yuck, the evil housework.

Great concert coming up tonight, though: Eire Japan. Paddy Keenan, Frankie Gavin, and Junji Shirota.

Paddy Keenan; there's somebody I'd let into my house no matter what time it was! :D

They were in St Louis, Missouri(where I am) this past Saturday, and are on the road for I think another three weeks. There's a website, I believe, or you can check it out on Paddy Keenan's site as well.

I run a folk club (see www.thefocalpoint.org) and do dearly love Paddy Keenan. My own incoherent description of the night is in Monday's LJ post.
