Jun. 17th, 2004 11:53 pmI did something very interesting on Saturday - I went for a pub crawl.
I haven't been on a pub crawl for 25 years but, you'll be pleased to hear, I hadn't forgotten how to do it. The occasion was that our volunteer, Markus Arnsten, was leaving so we took him out and got him hammered. I also obtained him a viking helmet - he said he wanted one - from Ebay and he wore it all evening. By the third pub he was doing moose impersonations - very loud ones - and in the fifth pub there was a fight (none of us involved except as interested spectators).
At 11.30 I finally had enough and went home but Markus and a couple of the other lads went on until dawn - and they survived!!
Now we have someone else coming to work for us starting on Monday. Welcome, Matt, we promise we won't make you wear a cowboy hat.
Unless....
No, we won't....honest
