There's nothing quite like the intensity of colour of blackberry jelly.

Wondering how metallumai is getting on with her flood clear up.

Wondering why when other half drinks I get the hang over.

Do kittens do stuff on purpose, or is it sheer dumb luck?

What happens to newts in winter? I picked one up at work on Thursday and he was a SOLID newt icicle - there had been a mild frost. He defrosted in the palm of my hand and wandered about quite happily afterwards but surely a proper frost would kill him?

Why is it that when I know what I want to write and I REALLY WANT to write it I procrastinate?

Who used the last of the ibuprofen?

Where do the odd socks go?

I liked Terry Pratchett's sock eater, which is described as being a bit like a tiny elephant with a funnel shaped trunk.

Blue is the colour of water, I suppose, in advertising terms and we all know how daft they are.

The spider over the bed thing is particularly nasty because you daren't knock it down in case it disappears.

I always jump out and yell for my spider man. One night hubby came up the stairs with a bucket on his head, a broom in one hand and a dustbin lid in the other! I kid you not! However, there have been the odd times when Sir Spiderlot has dropped the spider onto my bed and I refuse to get back in until he finds it!!
