Really REALLY pissed off now! I've just had to jump in the car and whizz down to the local garage to rescue one of my son's friends who has been duffed up by some of the local intelligentsia who took exception to his long hair and piercings. Luckily he wasn't much hurt and was fast enough on his feet to get away from them and take refuge somewhere public but - well - how DARE they! What business of theirs is it if he wants shoulder length hair and bits of metal here and there? I take extreme exception to their single figure IQs but I'm not going to whack them for it!! Grrrrr!

He's fine. To be honest he really rescued himself - apparently a car driver pulled up and that was enough to get the yobs to back off and then Mike's friend thanked the driver and legged it to the nearest well lit public space - he's a class runner. I just provided transport to the nearest place with heating, soft furnishings and alcohol!

We used to have to put up with all sorts of racist shit in walthamstow. I can sympathize.

Poor b00. He should be able to wear eyeliner whenever he damn well pleases. I wish people would leave teh Pretty alone. :(
